Wonderful reception staff!

During our stay at Resident Kensington, we were incredibly impressed by the top-notch service provided by the reception staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from storing our luggage to accommodating our late check-out. Even when we needed an adapter for our charger, they generously provided one complimentary. The staff's customer-centric attitude truly made our experience exceptional. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with good WiFi and a convenient location near the underground. we highly recommend Resident Kensington for its outstanding service and pleasant stay.

Excellent staff, helpful and friendly. Nice, clean, and well-fitted room. Good quality bed and bed linen. Enough pillows for comfort. Perfect location for a short break in London, close to Earls Court Station. Genuinely welcoming and helpful staff. Quiet surroundings. In-room kitchenette with microwave and utensils.

I liked that there was a shower. I were able to visit hyde park, that was 4 km from the hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a lovely Kensington neighborhood. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Earl's Court tube station, making it really easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs, and the room was clean and comfortable. I loved the attention to detail, with simple but pleasing decor and excellent kitchenette facilities. The fact that the window opened was a bonus too. The breakfast provided was a great way to start the day.

Pleasant staff, clean, quiet, good location

Attentive staff were excellent. Rooms were well laid out and utillised space excellently. Great location 2 minutes walk from earls court station and restaurants/shops. 10 minutes on underground to all attractions. Quiet safe neighbourhood , great choice and excellent value for money. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that my needs were taken care of. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is perfectly located near the tube station, making it very easy to get around. The room service is excellent, with a delicious breakfast provided every morning. The view from the room is beautiful and relaxing. Our young family loved the leisure facilities, especially the pool and games room.

The elevators were a bit slow, which sometimes caused a bit of frustration.

No significant improvements needed, everything was ok.

Very clean room in the back over looking the green trees and backyards of the area homes.

Very noisey doors when closed wake you up at night. They also missed our wake up call in the morning !
